After we had got some sleep, we packed up and headed to San Diego. We woke up around 2 and was out by 2:30. We had little over a 3 hour drive to SD. David drove while I laid across the seat with my head on his lap and in our comfy Navy blanket my parents got David.
On the way there, we stopped for breakfast at McDonald's in LA and let me just say, we wont do that. We both felt sick after a couple of hours. But on the way there, we saw a pretty sunrise. I took a couple of pictures...
Isn't it pretty? We thought it was. And we have decided that when we have our house, we will have a room with wall paintings dedicated to nature. That will be our relaxing room! lol
We got to San Diego around 6:30 in the morning and babe wanted to surprise his mom by going in his NWU's.
His uniform is a bit big on him, but he got new ones now. He looks so cute in this pic. lol. :)
Once we said our hello, we went to take a nap, we were tired, we didn't even bother to get our stuff out of the truck. His mom was letting us stay in her room with the queen sized bed. We don't know why...lol. But once we got some sleep and took a shower, we got our stuff out of the truck and got ready to go to the stadium for the game. We also went by his grandma's and the store.
Babe wanted some pics of him and his grandma. Not to just have, but to put on his pages. His family was making a scrapbook and each family member got two pages. Babe put a lot of thought into his pages and they turned out great. I will put pics up in a bit of them.
She is so happy and very proud of him.
After we visited grandma, we headed to the store and headed to meet the other to head to the tailgate party at the stadium. We got there around 10:30 and the game didn't start until 1. But we ate and went and looked around the stadium. We got a charger's santa hat and a fan power towel.
Kisses for babe<3

Charger's won and clinched the AFC West Championship! :)
After the game.
That sweater keeps me warm! I love wearing his clothes! :)
Babe throwing the football around with his little cousin, sammy.
That game was so intense. The Charger's were ahead the first half. Then the bengals caught up during the half and by the fourth, they were tied. The Charger's ended up winning with a field goal which was relieving! The game had almost 68,000 people there and it was one of loudest games ever! It was a great game and had you on your toes the whole time!
After the game, we waited for the traffic to clear out and ate dinner. When we got home, David and I ended up calling it an early night and fell asleep until the next morning. We were dead tired. lol
Charger's Fans until the end! :)
Our Christmas leave to be continued.....
It has been over a month since I last blogged, my apologizes...I have been super busy with life.
As you all know, my sailor returned home in December and returned the beginning of January. We had an amazing 16 days together. The first day he returned, it seemed so unreal. Me and my mom went and picked him up from the airport around 1:30ish when his plane was suppose to be there at 2. lol. I didn't mind, the more time I got with him!
Here are some pics from that day we picked him up. :)
I was getting anxious and started shaking a little. lol
Driving through the airport looking for his airline!
First Hug<3 I did not expect to be picked up.
Us Happy as ever! :)
He makes me so happy! I love him so much!
After we picked him, we started on our way back home. We stopped at target and got a few things. My mom was taking forever, so we waited in the car hugging, kissing and holding each other. It was heaven. Once she was done shopping, we got to my house and I gave him one of his Christmas presents and he gave me one of mine. He loved his scrapbook and I loved my presents. :) We went to dinner with my family to Hometown Buffet. Then went to best buy and relaxed in the television room while my family was out looking at stuff.
After dinner, we went and picked up my dad's truck from his work(We used his F250 truck while David was here! We love trucks!) and drove back to my house. I packed all my stuff and David got his and then we headed to David's dads house. Said hello and then went to bed. We were tired!
In babe's room relaxing. Loved wearing his clothes by the way. lol. :)
Next day, I woke up to my babe making breakfast for me. He is so sweet. After breakfast, we took a shower and went to the room to get dressed. He told me to close my eyes and don't peek. So I did what he told me to do and next thing he said was to put my arms up. I did and I felt clothes be putting on me. Once he got it on, he said open your eyes. I did and I saw this beautiful dress on me that he picked out brought from Chicago. I sure am a lucky girl. I loved my dress.
Isn't it beautiful! I love my dress. And I am a lucky girl to have him. :)
We went and saw Avatar later on that day with Armando. It was the second day it was out. That movie was very good and the way it was filmed is amazing. We loved it. We will probably purchase it when it's out.
Here we are on Main Street all dressed up and all.
Kisses!!
After the movie, we went to the mall and got me some tights for my legs. After that, we headed to the Mount's Christmas party. That was fun. They had a lot of good food including shrimp, tamales, meatballs, etc..anything you could think of, they had it! It was a funny party and their family is so welcoming and caring.
After the party, we returned home and went to sleep. We had to be up early to drive to San Diego for the Charger's game!
To be continued.....
